Specifications:

Frame: Heavy 5/8" plate and 4" X 4" tubing is used for

reinforcing to avoid the bending action found in

lighter weight band saws.

Arbor & bearings: (2) bearing design (no car hubs) 2 15/16" double

roller bearing, arbors are stress proof steel

Bands: Will run 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 2" wide. length of band

16'6". .042 body, .083 kerf

Arbor motor: 20HP 1800 RPM, 400 VAC 50 HTZ 3-phase

Hydraulic feed system: 30 gallon JIC flat top reservoir, 5 hp Electric pump

motor with Continental Hydraulics PVR6 Industrial

Vane Pump operating the saw hydraulic motor

drives via Hydraforce Cartridge Solenoid

directional valves. Eaton Lever operated 31930

directional valves for Saw lift. Schroeder

Industries Z media 10 micron absolute filtration.

Eaton Char-Lynn S+ Series Hydraulic Motors.

Dust pickup: 6" round outlet.

Band wheels: 36" diameter X 2" wide wheels made from ductile

iron. Wheels dynamically balanced at 1000 RPM

for vibration free running. These are far superior

than wheels torched out of steel that other

manufacturers commonly use. The flatness and

hardness of our wheels result in much longer life.

Guides: Roller.

Maximum material size: Standard 8" wide X 12" tall cants. Band will adjust

up to cut 12" tall.

Lumber height adjustments: Hydraulic hand valve powered by central unit that

allows any combination of cuts with finger tip

control.

Band tracking: Precision machined v-slide rails with adjustments

to align and track blade in all directions.

Angle of attack: Band enters cut on 5E angle to wood flow to

reduce shock on band. This translates into longer

blade life and a better finished product.

Blade tension: Two large industrial air bags maintain constant

pressure on blade, absorbs shock and permits easy

blade change.

Blade guards: Large steel doors enable operator to change

blades easily while serving as protection and dust

enclosure.

Wire brushes: Placed on each saw unit to keep wheels and blades

free from dust buildup and eliminates need for

messy drip system.

Electrical panel: Electrical - control console and starter panel

is pre-wired for fast installation. First class

professionally built panel with main circuit breaker

full voltage IEC starters, overload protection, 24

volt control circuit, emergency stop buttons

located on both ends. Al wiring in conduit. 400

VAC 50 HTZ 3 phase.
