An FLT UV Vacuum Coater Line is an advanced industrial finishing system designed to apply 100% solid UV-curable coatings or waterborne primers uniformly onto linear profiles, moldings, or flat panels with up to 99% transfer efficiency. The entire coating process happens inside a specialized vacuum chamber that recycles excess material with virtually zero waste.
