Brewer Deduster with unscrambler.

Disconnected and ready to ship.

Designed to remove saw dust from boards 30" to 60" long x 3" to 8" wide x 3/8" to 2

½ " thick. Unscrambler style feed with four strands of #2060 chain and ½ " tall dogs

feed boards from a lower hopper singular and sideways through 8" diameter upper and

lower spiral, nylon drum brushes.

Feed chains are powered by 2 HP motor and gear reducer with VFD for variable feed

speed. Brush arbors are powered by 2 HP motor and gear reducer. Frame is

constructed of heavy duty 3/8" steel plate sides. Electrical - control and starter

panel is pre-wired for fast installation. Electrical controls are provided including start

stop buttons, overload protection and starters for two 2 HP motors.
