Saws adjust freely from front or back with rack & pinion drive with heavy duty lock

downs to prevent movement during operation. Tracking on 3 1/2" V-wheels for

precise alignment & eliminates sawdust buildup on main rails.

Aluminum dogs with heavy duty chain (powered by variable speed hydraulic system).

This enables you to determine the speed the material will run through the saw.

30 gallon JIC flat top reservoir, 10 hp Electric pump motor with Commercial Intertech

Cast Iron gear pump operating the saw hydraulic motor drives via Continental

Hydraulics Industrial Solenoid directional valves and Sun pressure compensated Flow

controls. Schroeder Industries Z media 10 micron absolute filtration. Eaton Char-Lynn

S+ Series and 2000 Series Hydraulic Motors.

Includes in feed even end rolls with pop down separator gate

* Includes 10' out feed product Rolls. Designed to receive slabs coming from the

trim saw to feed them to bandsaw. 10' long with 5 1/2" rolls, 1 7/16" bearings and #60

chain, 6" structural frame. Powered by feed system on trim saw.

28' long bed x 18" wide belt flat conveyor under trimsaw designed to take away

sawdust and scrap. 6" head pulley and 5" tail pulley with smooth top belt. Powered by

hydraulics from trimsaw. Includes controls in console at trimsaw.
