• Kiln operation with 900,000 BF capacity

• Including: All sawmill assets, rolling stock, log/lumber inventory, receivables.

Mill B:

• 80,000 BF capacity per 8-hour shift
• Kiln operation with 270,000 BF capacity
• 38 Acres
• Including: All sawmill assets, rolling stock, log/lumber inventory, receivables.
