This unit was used for approx 2-years by a meticulous customer and in was installed under cover. This unit does not have an automatic sizing feature like the SUPER unit, so if the density of the material changes the briquettes will not be uniform length unless a simple manual adjustment is made.  The unit was in use from appx 2018 to 2020.

• 7.5 HP (5.5 kW) 230VAC/3/60Hz hydraulic pump motor package (CASAPPA/Siemens/NERI)
• 3 Hydraulic cylinders with 1 mono-block clamp (Parker/OMT)
• Material processing capacity: 55 – 176 lbs/hr (25 – 80 kg/hr)
• Produces 2.4” (60mm) diameter briquettes
• Maximum compression length per stroke: 2” (50mm)
• 59.5”H x 73”W x 46”D (1.51m x 1.85m x 1.17m)
• Hopper Size: 39.5" diameter hopper drum with 26 ft3 (0.73m3) capacity. Top of hopper from ground is appx 59.25".
• The standard briquette press uses a manual sizing feature and does not automatically size the briquets based on variable and frequently changing dust type (fine dust, chips, etc.)
