• Spindles/Tool Holders: Spindle 1-13/16" at 8,000 RPM; HSK tool holders 2-6 8,000 RPM. Motorized tool positioning for tools 2-6 Radial and Axial.
• CNC: WEINIG Power Com "Touch Screen” PLUS software with tool data storage 300 profiles, profile data and tool monitoring. Led readouts to all spindles/tool holders; including chipbreaker’s and holddown’s. Modem for external diagnostics.
• Feed: Variable inverter drive speed with 7.5 HP motor with speeds from 18-118 FPM.
• Infeed/Tables: 2M (6'-6”) infeed table with side pressure roller, AUTO table lubrication and chromed tables and fences.
