Description
One (1) Union Series #15, Model C, 54" wide hot melt roller coater machine. This machine iscapable of applying hot melt adhesives and/or coatings to the top side only of flat rigid substratematerials. This size machine will accommodate a panel up to 48” wide. The sheet thickness can range from 0"- 4"-. Variable speed provided on this machine can run up to a max 60LFPM.This Hot Melt Roller Coater would be equipped with the following:
o One (1) 6-1/2” diameter x 54” long, smooth ground silicone rubber coating roll (heated)
o One (1) 4-7/8” diameter x 54” long, smooth ground steel doctor roll (heated)
o One (1) 6-1/2” diameter x 52” long, smooth ground steel back up roll (non-heated)
o Standard Mechanical Single Handwheel Control with Mechanical Digital Indicator
o Rotary Unions & Oil Pump
o Safety Guards & Covers
o Magnetic safety interlock control with perimeter E-stop cable
o Hot Oil Flow Through Recirculation System
o Complete disconnect and push button box wired for 480V, 3 Phase, 24V controls
